Fine art print after an illustration by Ana Bănică, on matte, textured 100% alpha cellulose paper, with a 310 gsm density, acid-free and lignin-free.

The paper is characterised by its extraordinary velvety tactile feel and its fine, clearly defined felt structure. The unique surface texture adds a very special touch to images, showcasing them in all their splendour.
The print is made on a professional inkjet printer with professional high quality ink, very pigmented and long lasting. But please note that the printed colors may slightly vary from the images on the website.

We recommend to keep your prints framed behind glass and guarded from UV rays / direct sunlight.

All illustrations are printed with a 2 cm white border to facilitate framing.
The frames are for presentation purpose only, the prints will not be framed.

Firstly, please handle the art print with care.

You will receive the print either in a cardboard envelope or rolled in a tube, depending on the dimension and/or destination.
So, if you’ll receive the print in a tube, don’t worry about it being rolled.  It will look awesome once it is framed, but allow just a bit of time before, for it to straighten itself just enough for an easy handling.

As mentioned in the main description, the print includes a white border (as a passe-partout) around the illustration.
The border makes it easy to use frames that match the exact dimension of the print ( 30×40 cm or 50×70 cm etc.).

If you want to use a larger frame you’ll need to fix the print on the back of its passe-partout with adhesive paper band. If you’ll buy a ready-made frame, the passe-partout might not cover the entire white boarder of the print. If you prefer to hide it completely, it is safer to order a custom made passe-partout and/or frame.

We recommend simple and neutral frames, so they wouldn’t clash with the illustrations. White, black, or natural wood tones are, in our opinion, best suited to the colorful illustrations. Sometimes an undecorated thin metal frame would do the trick also.

You can find really nice frames at IKEA, Hornbach, Jysk etc. or you can order custom ones at a local framing center, like Kon Art ( Bucharest & Cluj-Napoca)
